Terms of Service

1. The service

VESQOR MEGA AI (the "Service") is a business-analysis service operated by VESQOR LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. You submit a question, a messy idea, or a document; the Service analyzes it and returns a structured report. Reports are generated by a large language model and are provided for informational purposes only — they are not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Service. If you are under 18 you must have permission from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and any agent tokens (API keys) you generate secret. Agent tokens are shown exactly once at issue time; a lost token must be revoked and re-issued.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: attempt to extract the Service's system prompts or internal configuration; generate content that is unlawful, harassing, or harmful; attempt to exfiltrate data or credentials; automate abuse (bots, spamming, bulk scraping); or interfere with the Service's operation. The Service enforces this with automated safety gates and may block, flag, or report violations.

4. Content

You retain ownership of the inputs you submit. As between you and VESQOR, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you own the outputs the Service generates for you. Due to the nature of AI, output may not be unique and other users may receive similar output. You are responsible for the content you submit, including ensuring it does not violate applicable law or these Terms.

5. Payments

Paid access is billed through Stripe. New accounts receive one free analysis with up to three corrections after sign-up, no card required. They may then start with a one-time paid trial (US$1.99 for 7 days, limited to one analysis per day — if a second analysis is requested the same day, the request is declined and the next analysis becomes available 24 hours after the previous one), after which the subscription continues at US$29.99 per month unless canceled. Alternatively you may purchase quarterly access at US$59.97 per 3 months (equivalent to US$19.99 per month). Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime via the customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscriptions.

6. AI output disclaimer

Reports are generated by a large language model and may contain inaccuracies, omit important information, or reflect the model's training data rather than current facts. You understand and agree:

• You will not rely on output as a sole source of truth or factual information.
• Output is not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.
• You use output at your own risk and are responsible for decisions made in reliance on it.

7. No warranties; limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VESQOR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on Service output. Our aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose or one hundred US dollars ($100).

8. Sanctions & availability

The Service is currently available to users in the United States. We screen registrations against public sanctions lists (OFAC, UK, EU, UN) and may refuse or terminate access where required by applicable law, including for sanctioned persons or entities. You represent that you are not a sanctioned person and are not located in a jurisdiction where use of the Service is prohibited.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, with notice where practicable. If we discontinue the Service, we will give advance notice and a refund for any prepaid, unused Service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflicts-of-laws principles. Claims arising out of these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
